These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WPMobE mobile app, operator console and website (together, the "Service"), operated by JSN Soft ("WPMobE", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By downloading, installing, registering for, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with WPMobE and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WPMobE is a mobile application and companion console that lets you connect your own WordPress site(s) and create, edit, organize, schedule and publish content to them, with optional AI-assisted writing and image-generation tools. WPMobE is not affiliated with or endorsed by WordPress.org or Automattic Inc.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@jsnsoft.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You are solely responsible for the WordPress site(s) you connect to WPMobE and for any content published, edited or deleted through the Service. You represent that you have the right to connect and manage each site you add. We are not responsible for changes made to your site as a direct result of actions you take within the app, including publishing, scheduling, or deleting content.
WPMobE offers the following plans:
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in INR or USD depending on your billing region, via our supported payment gateways. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from within the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law. Prices and included features may change from time to time — we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers in advance of any price increase.
AI-assisted features (AI Titles, AI Writer, AI Body, AI featured images) generate suggestions based on your inputs. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use, and you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and fact-checking any AI-generated content before publishing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality or fitness for any purpose of AI-generated output.

The WPMobE app, console, website, logos and branding are the property of JSN Soft and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through the Service. We claim no ownership over your posts, media, or WordPress site content.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, or if we reasonably believe continued access would create risk or legal exposure for us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. billing obligations already incurred, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any WordPress publishing action will always succeed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPMobE and JSN Soft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, content, revenue or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless applicable local law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
