This Privacy Policy explains how JSN Soft ("WPMobE", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use the WPMobE mobile app, operator console, and website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name, email address and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text) when you register.
• WordPress site connection details — the site URL and an application password you provide to connect a WordPress site. This is encrypted at rest and used solely to act on your behalf on that site.
• Content you create — post titles, body text, categories, tags, slugs, publish dates and media you create or upload through the app.
• Device & usage information — device type, app version, push-notification tokens (for delivery via Firebase Cloud Messaging), and general usage patterns such as feature interactions and error logs.
• Billing information — plan selection, billing region and payment confirmation details from our payment processors. We do not store your full card number; payments are handled by our payment gateway partners.
• Contact form submissions — name, email address and message content when you contact us through this website.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate and maintain the Service, including connecting to and publishing on your WordPress sites;
• Authenticate your account and keep it secure;
• Process subscription payments and manage your plan and entitlements;
• Send transactional emails (e.g. account confirmations, billing receipts) and, where enabled, push notifications;
• Respond to support requests submitted through the app or this website;
• Monitor, debug and improve the reliability and performance of the Service;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Your WordPress site data

WPMobE connects to your WordPress site using an application password that you generate and provide — we never ask for or store your wp-admin username/password combination. This connection is used only to read and write content (posts, categories, tags, media) that you explicitly action inside the app. We do not access, read or modify any other part of your WordPress installation, and we do not share your site's content with third parties except as described in this policy.

4. AI features

Features such as AI Titles, AI Writer, AI Body generation and AI featured images send the relevant text or prompt you provide to a third-party AI service provider in order to generate a response. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models beyond what is necessary to generate your requested output, and we recommend reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing it, since AI output can be inaccurate or require editing.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us run the Service — e.g. our database and hosting provider, our transactional email provider, Firebase (push notifications), Google Sign-In (optional sign-in), our AI service provider, and our payment gateways such as Razorpay (for billing in India and internationally);
• Legal & safety — where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of WPMobE, our users, or others;
• Business transfers — if WPMobE is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

6. Data security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypting WordPress application passwords at rest, hashing account passwords, and restricting access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — please use a strong, unique password for your account.

7. Data retention

We retain your account and content information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax or accounting purposes (for example, billing records).

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent for optional processing such as push notifications. You can disconnect a WordPress site at any time from within the app, which removes the stored application password. You can also permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time by going to Settings → Delete Account in the app; we will email you a confirmation link, and your account and data are deleted once you confirm it, except where we must retain billing records for legal or tax purposes. 9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email, and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
